In this site, StercheleGroup® building systems deploy all their completeness: prefabricated wet joint reinforced concrete columns, staircases walls and elevator shafts consisting of two storey composite walls, SD Prefabricated Composite Truss Beams with concrete bottom plate, hollow core slabs, prefabricated reinforced concrete stairs composed of ramps and landings, bow-window frames consisting of profiled steel beams and SD PREM beams plus 96 bathroom pods, 40 of which laid on the roof and 56 laid by taxiing technique.
The building was handed over in two days in advance of the contractual terms, for a final budget of 137 sq.m. finished a day.
