StercheleGroup prefabricated bathrooms for the Morello II residential towers in London

StercheleGroup was chosen as a partner for the supply of prefabricated bathroom pods for the Morello II residential development plan in Croydon, designed and built with a circular economy approach.

The Morello project is a £350m regeneration project which has already delivered 340 new homes close to East Croydon station. In the second (current) phase, begun in September 2020, it will provide a further 456 residential units across three separate buildings.

New Surgical Center of San Raffaele Hospital in Milan

The works for the new Surgical and Emergency Center of S. Raffaele Hospital in Milan are almost completed. The structure is confirmed a model of European excellence, combining scientific research with formation through the University Department.

Cherry Park is a residential development next to Westfield Stratford City shopping centre in London E20.

The £670 Mn Private Rented Sector (PRS) residential scheme will be one of London's largest single-site PRS schemes. The construction began in the second quarter of 2019 and is scheduled for completion by 2023.
